Located 30 kilometers from Beaune, facing the medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in France”, the Château de Sainte Sabine enjoys truly magnificent panoramic views. The Château is surrounded by an 8-hectare park teeming with wildlife, including deer, hares and other beasts of the forest. Guests are invited to admire this bucolic setting from the spacious, comfortable rooms and the dining room, which opens onto the estate’s park and pond. This elegant 17th century Château, built on the site of an ancient monastery, benefits from a range of leisure activities, including a pool, park walks, the Bourgogne canal bordered by a cycle path, nearby golf courses and visits to the vineyards of Burgundy. The restaurant is dedicated to contemporary Burgundy cuisine made from the finest regional produce.
