Prosper Biney founded this hotel in 1863 – it is still named after him all these years - that was patronised throughout the 19th century by the high society, including the singer, Emma Calvé, who stayed there whenever she performed in Rodez. The 28 rooms, including 2 suites, fully-equipped and stylishly decorated, give onto the quiet garden just a stone’s throw away from the cathedral and the historic centre.
