Just before your eyes, the masts beat the rhythm of the old port like metronomes. In the kitchen, Lionel Levy motivates his team while in the dining room, Florence manages the cheery and efficient personnel. The harmonious menu is very typical of the South of France, with dishes that are changed regularly. It is adapted to suit the seasons and the market stalls of Marseille. “Caramelised red tuna with hazelnuts”, “Bouillabaisse milkshake”, “Pigeon with liquorice and St. Jean pears”… daring and inventive flavours that are complimented by over 400 fine wines, with the deep blue of the Mediterranean bearing witness.
