Description of the establishment
The inn is tucked away between rocks and garrigue, in one of the most picturesque valleys of the Corbières region. Although the old well (‘le vieux puits') still exists, the refined and elegant lines of the house reveal a resolutely contemporary spirit. Some of the bedrooms open out onto a swimming pool, and all encourage relaxation with their warm décor blending terracotta floors, elm furniture and ochre tones. The inventive cuisine is inspired by the region's sunny climate and its flavours are greatly appreciated by food-lovers, who can find out the chef's secrets during the hotel's cookery workshops.
